SHIPPING POLICY
Eclipse Outdoor Products attempts to process all orders within 48 hours of being placed. We will contact you when your order ships. Shipping times vary from 1 to 8 days in the continental US. Any delays will be communicated as quickly as possible. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Products must be returned unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received, we will refund the original purchase price minus any shipping cost.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and before the order ships to receive a full refund. To cancel please contact sales@eclipseoutdoorproducts.com.
